About the role
This is a hands-on closing role, not a team-building one yet. Simuletic makes synthetic CCTV and computer-vision training data: weapons, falls, fights, fire and smoke, shoplifting, drones and driver monitoring, labelled for YOLO, COCO and vision-language models. Inbound already works. Security, automotive, defence and video-analytics companies find us every week through search, Hugging Face and our dataset pages. What we lack is someone whose whole job is turning those conversations into signed deals.
We are a Swedish company, bootstrapped and revenue-generating, with paying customers in health-tech, security and public safety across Europe, Israel and the US, and open opportunities in automotive, video management and defence. The founder runs product, data and marketing. You run revenue: qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, get through procurement and close. That goes for a $590 dataset licence and a $50k enterprise programme alike, sometimes in the same week.
Because we are bootstrapped, this is a co-founder role. You'll pitch our first funding round together with the founder and own the commercial half of the story.
How we start: two to three months as founding GTM partner, paid by commission, with a written 90-day scope. If it works for both of us, you join as co-founder and your vesting counts from the first day of the trial. Either side can walk away. A real pipeline should prove itself, and you should get to see it before you commit.
What you'll do
Own every inbound lead from first reply to signature: qualification, calls, demos, proposals, pricing and contracts.
Re-engage the deals that stalled after a quote and build a follow-up rhythm that stops it happening again.
Close enterprise programmes (custom datasets, video, evaluation sets) and keep smaller self-serve and research customers moving.
Handle procurement, security questionnaires, licence terms and vendor onboarding with larger buyers.
Turn data-partnership and reseller conversations (video management, camera and analytics vendors, data marketplaces) into commercial agreements.
Feed what buyers ask for back into pricing, packaging and the product roadmap.
Build the fundraising narrative, investor list and pitch with the founder, and pitch together.
Must have
•You have personally closed B2B deals of $10k–$500k with technical buyers (ML, product or security teams) and can tell us about them
•Experience selling data, AI tooling, video analytics, physical security, or defence or automotive supply
•You've run the full cycle alone: qualification, demo, proposal, procurement and close
•Comfortable with a $590 licence and a $50k programme in the same week
•You write a tight proposal and a sharp email without help
•Fluent English
Nice to have
•Raised or co-pitched a pre-seed or seed round
•A network among VMS, camera, video-analytics or automotive DMS companies
•German, Italian, French, Hebrew or a Nordic language
•Understanding of computer-vision workflows (datasets, labels, evaluation)
•Experience with government or defence procurement
What we offer
Co-founder equity (double-digit %) with 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff; vesting counts from the start of the trial.
Commission from day one: a share of the cash collected on the deals you close, paid monthly.
Market salary for both founders from the first funding round, written into the founders' agreement.
Warm inbound from day one. You start with live conversations, not a cold list.
A product that ships fast: new datasets, video and custom sets made to order, built by a founder and an AI-assisted pipeline.
